Thoroughly enjoyed its efficient and cooperative staff.

The hotel was convenient with great views and a lovely location on the other side of the island in comparison to the airport.

We greatly enjoyed the comforts of this brand-new hotel. The staff helped us and were efficient and hospitable. Good and decent location, it was not far from a bus station. There was a great restaurant, local markets and a market next door.

Impeccably clean hotel in a nice building not far from the island, attractions in Seogwipo, and shops and restaurants. Stylish and large room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Good-sized bathroom with a separate shower. Good and easy location, right in the center. 15 minutes walk to Geolmae Eco Park.

The staff are hospitable, the hotel is ideal and with magnificent location just off shops, cafes and restaurants, Ole street market and two famous waterfalls and the Jeongbang waterfalls.

Everything was very good, very friendly staff, great views of the sea and the mountain. We stayed in the family room, it was bright and the bed was big. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, hairdryers and a bidet for our convenience. The location was excellent and lovely, for example, an indoor market was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Well-kept and bright rooms available with balcony and nice views and aircon. Comfy setting, just off attractions in Seogwipo such as Jeongbang falls as well as main sights and eateries in Seogwipo. Also, 10 to 15 minutes away from the traditional market.

The view from the balcony was amazing, especially during sunset. It was such a treat to sit out there and enjoy the scenery. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive. The housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping everything tidy and neat. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to multiple restaurants and tourist attractions, which made it very convenient for exploring.

The front desk staff was quite unwelcoming when I arrived. They didn't provide any information about the option of early check-in or the additional cost for it.

The genuinely helpful staff upgraded us to a brand-new room with mountain view. And the room's amenities were clean...

The breakfast itself was cold, can be far better.

The venue is wonderful and modern, its location is easy, just next door to attractions in Seogwipo, the local market, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores and shops and restaurants. The rooms are fashionable and reasonably large with balcony, a beautiful seaview and mountain view and the staff are efficient. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The breakfast was nice, we greatly enjoyed a huge variety of meals. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Impeccably clean hotel with really helpful staff and a good value. Had well-appointed and large room for a REALLY LOVELY stay for a night or a business trip. Extremely comfy bed for sleeping. Very very nice area, central location close to waterfall and food street and Ole street market and attractions like the jeonbang waterfall. 15 minutes walk to Saeseom.
